As 2025 draws to a close, we are taking a moment to reflect on what has been another incredible year here at Luna Move. From new faces to major milestones, expanding our reach to enhancing the services we deliver every day, it’s been a year full of growth, hard work, and achievement.

Expanding Across the Southwest & Beyond

This year, our presence has continued to grow across Bristol, North Somerset, and into Newport, South Wales. Whether supporting long-standing landlords or welcoming new tenants into their homes, our footprint across the region has never been stronger. We are proud to be recognised as one of the most hands-on, dedicated, and responsive independent lettings teams in the area.

Celebrating Our 5th Birthday

This year marked a major milestone for us: Luna Move turned five. What started as a small idea built on transparency and a hands-on approach has grown into a strong, respected independent agency. Our growth has been driven largely by word-of-mouth recommendations, something we’re incredibly proud of. We are grateful for the continued support of our entire community and remain committed to developing the business with the same focus and integrity that has brought us this far.

We have had the pleasure of welcoming many new landlords and tenants into the Luna Move family throughout 2025. Each relationship is built on trust, transparency, and the personalised service we pride ourselves on – and it has been wonderful watching our community grow.

One of our biggest achievements this year has been surpassing 150 five-star reviews on Google. Every review represents a story, a solution, a challenge overcome, or a happy home matched – and we are genuinely grateful for every single one. 

Team Growth: Welcoming Sascha

We were thrilled to welcome Sascha, our new full-time team member. She brings experience, energy, and a fantastic attitude that has already made her a great addition to Luna Move. We are excited to see her continue to flourish with us.

Strengthening Our Contractor Network

A key focus this year has also been building and nurturing strong relationships with our trusted contractors. From maintenance specialists to refurbishment teams, we have continued to refine our network to ensure every job carried out meets the highest standards of workmanship, reliability, and professionalism. These partnerships allow us to resolve issues swiftly, maintain excellent property standards, and offer landlords complete peace of mind.

✔ Growing our social media presence, with nearly 4,000 followers across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
✔ Hundreds of property inspections completed and hundreds of detailed reports written
✔ Enhancing our internal systems for even smoother communication and compliance tracking
✔ Continuing our hands-on approach — conducting viewings, check-ins and check-outs personally, to maintain the highest standards
