Luna move were wonderful with helping us move into our first home!

The first time moving out is a scary experience, but the friendly team at Luna definitely made us feel more at ease! They were constantly communicating with us and answering all our “silly” first time movers questions!

I have lived in a rental property managed by Luna Move for over a year now. They have been very professional, supportive, helpful and friendly since we viewed the property, through our move and any time we have reached out to them. After having a break from renting for about 5 years, my husband and I were quite honestly dreading searching for a home, especially somewhere as competitive as Bristol is at the moment! Although we met the requirements, a lot of other agents just didn’t return our calls, even to say that the properties had been let.

When we contacted Luna Move regarding one of their properties, they quickly got us booked in for a viewing. When I arrived for the viewing, I was shown around by Kate, who was really chatty and friendly and recommended that I should act fast if interested. When I entered the building, I could instantly tell that the landlord really cared about maintaining the property, which led me to put in an application on my way home! The application and referencing were all done online, and both Sarah and Charlotte in the office were very communicative and supportive during the whole process. When we got the confirmation of acceptance, we were over the moon. Moving in day also went very smoothly, and we were given everything we needed to get settled, including a manual for the property, photographic inventory, meter readings, deposit scheme confirmation etc.

Since moving in to the property, we have only had to contact Luna Move once to ask if the landlord would be happy to put up some coat hooks. This was also dealt with really quickly, so we feel pretty supported as tenants here! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luna Move to anyone, whether you are looking to rent or have your property managed. Thanks guys!
