Landlords shouldn’t hesitate to use them, their communication and professionalism are second to none. The team have been very helpful and polite the whole time I’ve been living in one of their managed properties. Every time we’ve had a slight maintenance issue with the house, they’ve been on it straight away. Having a group chat with them on WhatsApp has made it easy and it keeps everyone in the loop.

I am a current tenant of Luna Move, and I have to say that they have been fantastic. They are very professional, clearly care for their properties and Landlords, seeking the right tenants with professionalism and speed. We lost out on several properties prior to dealing with Luna Move, missed appointments by estate agents, and generally treated very poorly. Not with Luna Move. They are motivated, friendly, and
approachable, whilst clearly able to put their Landlords first, whilst making tenants feel like home. The balance is perfect. Promises are kept, paperwork and checks thorough and conveniently exchanged. Communication is simple and efficient. Excellent service, start to finish, Charlotte is amazing, and I would not hesitate this company ad a tenant or landlord. You won’t be disappointed. 😊
