Having had a previous negative experience, I decided to moved my letting to Luna for full management. I have being letting property for over 15 years and this was the Best decision I made, Zoe is approachable, friendly, experienced and very professional. I feel compelled to write a review something I don’t usually do.

The service and professionalism has been first class, they have just let an 8 bedroom shared house in Weston for me. They started marketing the property at the beginning of December 2020.

The fact they managed to let all but one of the rooms before the end of December during these difficult times and at a time of year, when people rarely move and at record rents (far more than I was hoping for) for WSM is nothing short of miraculous. As an ex letting agent I know how difficult a task this would have been.

Their commitment to getting the place let is evidenced by the fact that they even moved three of the tenants in on New Years Eve!!

Refreshingly professional and friendly. We used LunaMove when letting our property after getting a recommendation.
