Kate has always had a passion for property. With a background in the financial services industry and years of hands-on experience building and managing her own successful property portfolio, she brings both professional knowledge and real-life experience to every landlord she works with.

As a landlord herself, Kate understands exactly what’s involved in letting a property. She knows the importance of finding the right tenants, protecting an investment and building lasting relationships based on trust, communication and great service.

As Luna Move’s Business Development Manager, Kate is responsible for growing the business across Bristol and the surrounding areas. Having lived in Bristol all her life, she has an excellent knowledge of the city and the local rental market. From advising landlords on maximising their investment to helping tenants find a place to call home, she’s passionate about providing honest advice and making the lettings process as straightforward as possible.

Kate believes that great property management is about far more than bricks and mortar—it’s about people. Whether she’s helping a landlord maximise their investment or supporting a tenant through their move, she’s committed to delivering the friendly, personal service that Luna Move is known for.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her young family, making the most of adventurous days out and exploring Bristol’s fantastic food scene with friends.
She’s a huge dog lover and enjoys spending time with her much-loved, gentle giant, Coco, her beautiful Dogue de Bordeaux, who certainly keeps her on her toes!
